class library bug fixes for 4.1.x

There are a few bug fixes I'd like to apply to the 4.1.x branch.

I'm thinking that we should just apply patches directly to
libjava/classpath/ on the branch, as needed, and put the ChangeLog
entry into libjava/classpath/ChangeLog.gcj.  Having minor divergences
here seems ok to me since it is a release branch and we probably
won't be doing another major merge there.

Please comment.
