using awt/swing classes

I don't know what happpened but looks like 'make install' of gcc didn't
happen/work.  Re-running make installed fixed it.

I can now do: bin/kawa-bin -w
and it brings up a working window.

Trying to start Swing-based JEmacs doesn't work, though.  However, I
assume it's premature to send Swing bug reports?  (This is a failure
in javax.swing.text.SimpleAttributeSet.addAttribute.)
