BinaryCompatibilityTest randomness

I just checked in a patch which seems to both add and remove failures
in the Mauve BinaryCompatibilityTest tests.  I'm not sure what's
going on, and I don't even known how much binary compatibility we're
"expecting" to support (on mainline) anyway.

I don't know if these perturbations are something I should worry
about; I'd appreciate it if someone more knowledgeable about these
tests could take a look, perhaps the next time they run the testsuite.
