issue with ServerSocket::accept

I am fairly certain that ServerSocket::accept is not working properly. I 
have reproduced the behaviour in both GCJ 3.2 and 3.4. It does not seem 
to be blocking. I have a unit test which passes using javac, but not 
gcj. I am attaching the pertinent source code.
