New MingW 3.5 Build

Hi People,

I've put out a new MinGW 3.5 build:

This is built the same as the 3.4 build
(integrated SwingWT 0.83 and SWT 3054).

The DLL configurations don't quite work
(the application crashes on startup).
I just saw this at the last moment. Otherwise,
things seem okay. If you want to take the
mainline code for a spin (or see what patches
I needed to build it for MinGW), this is
for you.
