New MingW 3.4 Build

Hi People,

I've put out a new MinGW 3.4 build:

This is the first build I've put out since after
the code freeze:

I've also thrown in a couple of patches which probably
will never make it to 3.4, including BufferedReader.readLine()
optimizations and some NIO channels fixes. See the
website for further details.
