gcj problems on win32

Hi Taras,

the following post identifies image problems when using gcj and swt:

The patch (FileFormat.patch) should work fine with current versions of swt
(the last one I've tried was 2.1.1). I don't know if it solves your 
specific
problem. But I cannot detect any image loading problems in gcj/swt after
using that patch. This includes at least .ico, .png, and .gif.
