New MinGW 3.4 Build

Hi People,

Here's yet another MinGW 3.4 build:

Features:

- compilation of .jar files
- accented character support, even on Win9X,
  without any extra libraries

The only problem I see with this is in the
HelloSWT sample. I've made this work, but
with a small hack. Without the hack, the linker
seems to be optimizing the existence of a
portion of the java.io library. I'm not able
to reproduce this with a test case yet, though.

Could you download this and pound on it?
