Experimental UNICODE-only MinGW Build

I compiler 5 apps (1 SWT & 4 console) with this build and it seems
great. One of the console apps is a smart file renamer, and it worked on
any kind of filename.

I'm trying to understand how to integrate libunicows, to see if I can
help completing this build. It seems that it must be re-compiled on Linux.
