There doesn't seem to be much marked "3.4":

12768 nor P2                    UNCO [3.4 Regression] gcj can no longer compile classpath

12739 nor P2 jsturm@gcc.gnu.org ASSI [3.4 Regression] gcj emits dead bytecode

12231 enh P3 i386-pc-mingw32 membar@gcc.gnu.org ASSI [win32] Console applications spawned via Runtime.exec( ) ...

I think these are resonable bugs to fix in this timeframe.  12980
looks like it might be a show stopper.

The priority field is contradictory; "must fix by 3.4" bugs are
presumably higher priority bugs than others, regardless of severity.
