New GCC 3.3 MingW Build

Hi People,

I put out a fresh, new GCC 3.3 / MingW build:

It isn't the final build, because it doesn't
include the MingW folks' patches that would
make C++ iostreams and the STL work, for example.
GCJ-wise, however, it's probably the closest to
the real thing you're going to get.

I haven't put out the sources and build scripts
yet. I'll do that sometime tonight.
