Runtime.exec is not implemented?

hi,

 is Runtime.exec implemented? if I compile the code below with gcj, and run
it I get the following errors

      H:\java\misc>gcj --main=GCJTest1 -o GCJT1 GCJTest1.java

      H:\java\misc>GCJT1
      Exception in thread "main" java.io.IOException: not implemented
