Need Feedback: Technical Questions Regarding GCC/GCJ 3.3 Build under MSYS/MingW

Bryce's plan, as I remember it, was to build package-by-package.
That, he thought, would be a reasonable tradeoff between "once only"
compile time and development rebuild time.  This seems worth trying to
me.
