That's O.K. I'll use it locally then, until I make old Xalan right.

What's about other two points. It looks like you ignored them,
maybe I made mistake by joining all three together.

* Second - your patch for natIconv.cc 
* It's discussed earlier (last August) on the list
and
* Third - java.text.RuleBasedCollator
* Collator.getInstance throws an exception for "de" locale.

If you did see all three, my apologies.
