libjava testsuite failures (regressions 3.2 -> 3.3)

This happens because libtool no longer can compile a file with a `$'
in its name.  Nobody has had the time and/or motivation to figure out
the problem :-(

I see this one too but I haven't investigated.  This could be a real
regression.  Or it could just be that gij is very slow.  As I recall
we didn't run gij tests in 3.2 -- so this is really a new test.
