The errors I reported earlier when I just started to use gcj were caused
by compiling the java sources to classes and from the classes to
objects. If you can remember it, things like the nested try {} catch {}
blocks and local variables that seem to 'get lost'. I can rerun the
whole compilation to use bytecodes produced from gcj if you'd like. I
just can't guarantee I will be able to submit the PR's real soon.

Sure. I haven't been able to pinpoint the problem the last time (didn't
debug), but I am planning on recompiling the whole lot and see what kind
of errors occur.
