I have a plan to solve this problem, but I can't implement it until I
get some help from Bryce.

I've been waiting for three months now.

If anybody else can stand in for him, or can get his attention, I
think a lot of people would appreciate what I have planned.  But
before I move forward I need some sanity checking... this is going to
consume a huge amount of my time, and I don't want to commit to it
until somebody familiar with otables verifies that what I'm trying to
do is actually possible.  I'd also like to know that there's somebody
around who understands otables in case I have a question.
