Great, all my bugs fixed from 3.2 to 3.3

I've upgraded to 3.3 (but reverting to jikes as bytecode compiler) and I
finished executed the tests for the bugs I reported in 3.2. These bugs have
all been fixed now:

* zipinputstream works now;
* bug in win32 threading fixed; therefore the SWT fileviewer example now
works;
* bug concerning the excessive casting has been fixed;
* the bug concerning invokethrow (raising exceptions across a libffi call)
has been fixed.
