No.  I wanted to wait for IRIX 6.5.19 to appear (expected in a few days)
which contains SGIs fix for the bug (and IPv6 support) to avoid creating a
fix which breaks that version.

No, every function taking a socklen_t * is broken, so it's much easier to
fix via fixincludes, especially since its a known bug in the vendor headers
to be fixed in a future release.
