configure.host not in account?

Hallo,

I just finished a build of gcc-3.3.1, however I see in the libjava
configure.host: 
  *-cygwin*)
        # The cygwin linker doesn't do 8-byte alignment by default, so
        # disable hash synchronization for now.
        enable_hash_synchronization_default=no

and now in the installed header libgcj-config.h:
/* Define if hash synchronization is in use.  */
#define JV_HASH_SYNCHRONIZATION 1


The define in configure.host should result in a libgcj-config.h
without this define or is this another hash sync definition?
