compiling a SWT-gui with gcj on windows

And how do i know, which name is used at runtime? i looked at the
Jface-sources, there is a call for
bundle=ResourceBundle.getBundle("org.eclipse.jface.messages");
it don't work if i do:
gcj --resource=org.eclipse.jface.messages (...)
gcj --resource=org.eclipse.jface.messages.properties (...)
gcj --resource=org/eclipse/jface/messages (...)
gcj --resource=org/eclipse/jface/messages.properties (...)
gcj --resource=messages (...)
gcj --resource=messages.properties (...)
what the hell am i doing wrong????
