Status of java.security

I think the classpath code can be imported.

My nightly build checks out and builds GNU crypto.  However, I only
build it against libgcj.

I'm sure the classpath changes are fine.  If not, we'll find out the
following night.  So if you're motivated, go ahead and do it.
