Yes, but I believe many popular pieces of software for win95 come with
winsock 2.0, and install it on the OS. So it is extremely unlikely you will
find a windows 95 PC today that doesn't include it. Only if it has just been
loaded with 95 and nothing else. In that case, you can also get it from
