Adam, since you target MinGW, you should note that the MinGW/Cygwin
version of crtstuff.c #ifdefs out everything else and defines
everything afresh (for both CRT_BEGIN and CRT_END). Here
I think one must put in the Jv_RegisterClasses( ) mojo for
MinGW.

However, in the "other part" of crtstuff.c, this mojo is
introduced if JCR_SECTION_NAME is defined, which is defined
only if the assembler supports named sections and weak
symbols.
