JNI Problems

AFAIK, JNI under Windows with GCJ is not supported
yet. If you look at java/lang/natRuntime.cc, the
support for loading libraries for Windows is turned
off. See the _load method within this class; you
should notice some compiler directives that
effectively turn it off for Windows.
Lately, I've been thinking about how hard it would be
to implement this... My initial (naive) thought is
that it wouldn't be that hard. The Windows API call
LoadLibrary should do it for us. But, I haven't really
thought about this in much detail, so my view might be
oversimplified.
