3.1 thanks

The GCC release manager thinks 3.1 is going out this weekend.  I just
wanted to thank everyone who hacked on this release.  Especially Tom for
the thankless job of tracking status so carefully.

3.1 is a great improvement over 3.0 in terms of usability, portability
and performance:
 - 3.1 can build and run many free java projects (freenet, xalan, etc)
 - 15 supported platforms - including an embedded and win32(!)
 - many performance improvements (both gcj specific and GCC generic)

So, thanks everyone...
