Maybe we should import gjdoc into the gcj cvs repository and release
it as part of gcc?

Per's original vision for gcj was that it provide a complete Java
environment.  Distributing a javadoc replacement would fall into this
idea.

Another choice of course would be to just write a gcj-based build
system for gjdoc and let them do periodic binary releases as well.
