GC failure w/ THREAD_LOCAL_ALLOC ?

I finally tried GCTest on my x86 box.  It worked fine for me.  I ran
it with no arguments.  I also tried in on alpha Linux and it worked
fine.  My PPC build is still running so I haven't tried it there yet.
