New testsuite failues?

It took me a while to get to trying this.
I don't see those regressions:

    creche. grep ^FAIL testsuite/libjava.sum 
    FAIL: PR5902 compilation from bytecode
    FAIL: PR5902 -O compilation from bytecode
    FAIL: linking cxxtest

This is a from-scratch 3.1 branch build I did today on x86 Linux.  My
only local patch in this tree is Alex's builtins.c patch I tested
earlier for the mingw target.  I'm running RHL 6.2.
