libjava won't build on alphaev6-unknown-linux-gnu (Red Hat Linux 7.0)

I thought this had been fixed last week, but the problem still remains
in this week's snapshot.  I'll try to get a chance to investigate it
and fix it, but I won't mind if someone beats me to it :-)
