bug in ZipInputStream

Strange, because I am running a cygwin gcj.exe. Then it must have been
cross-compiled from somewhere. The existence of minGW gcj.exe was a mystery
too, until I discovered that it was Ranjit Matthew who managed to pull it
off.

Before I start installing linux somewhere, to cross-compile a cygwin-hosted
gcc, that targets minGW target (Canadian?), is there anybody who knows if
there is any chance that it will work?

I think this is really beyond me at this stage. The purpose of this whole
excercise was to figure out if the ZipInputStream bug is fixed in CVS and
file a bug report if not.
