I don't think it is a "general problem" because it doesn't seem to be 
happening to anyone else. However, I don't doubt that there is a problem 
here.

As I mentioned already, a class is being registered twice. The question 
is why? Did you try the diagnostic patch I posted earlier? What was the 
output?
