Enable DWARF2 exceptions on PPC

* configure.in (SYSDEP_SOURCES): Add dwarf2-signal.h for PPC.
* configure.host (EXCEPTIONSPEC): Don't use sjlj on PPC.
* configure: Rebuilt.

Someone might want to look at the libffi changes I contributed to support ppc linux for the java interpreter.

If I remember correctly, I think somewhere there is a define to use sjlj exception handling.

Perhaps that should be changed as well?
