libsupc++ changes broke libjava build??

Indeed.  Thanks for the investigation.  This was a very good lead.  I
was trying to figure out why the libstdc++ link command wasn't using
object files extracted from libsupc++convenience.  It is not obvious
that the answer is ``because there weren't any.''
