PPC Status

I've checked in all my PPC build patches.  I believe a multilibbed
build on Linux PPC will now work.  At least, it works for me.

Still remaining is to check in the PPC libffi changes.  I hope to do
that soon but there are no guarantees.  I would like to see these go
in to gcc 3.0.

If you use this configuration (or any other multilib configuration
including libjava) and have problems, please send a bug report to the
list and I'll try to look at it.
