testsuite says objects "are the same file"

Search for compiler_c_o in <target>/libjava/libtool.  It gets sometimes
misconfigured to "no" if gcj fails to run for any reason during libtool
configure.

This used to be a problem when gcj could not find its class files.  I
thought it had been fixed though.
