I'd rather not.  I haven't really tested it, and I'm in the middle of
chasing down testsuite problems with a seemingly-working jvspec.

If the patch works for you, feel free to check it in.

There are still a fair number of failures, many dealing with compiling
form bytecode with inner classes; that's what I'm looking into now.

My current libjava Summary is:

# of expected passes            1421
# of unexpected failures        81
# of unexpected successes       35
# of expected failures          183

Still bad but an improvement.
