Hmm... I would have thought things like libstdc++ would multilib in
order to preserve compatibility with binaries that were built for an
older ABI (correct me if I'm wrong).

If so, theres no need to do this for Java, because we have no standard
ABI in 0rder to preserve compatibility with.
