using AWT (Makefile supporting GTK)

Hi,

a beginners question:
how can I use AWT (I kow that not everything is implemented yet).

Does anybody has a makefile for the GTK-part?
(building gnu.awt.gtk.GtkToolkit etc.)

I tried configure with "--enable-java-awt=gtk" and "--enable-java-awt=xlib"
but gtk is not included in the Makefiles.

Or can I use graphics without GTK?
