Numerous Libjava Test Failures for gcc 3.1, not for gcc 3.0

It is probably a bug in the test suite.
Last time I tried it, `make check-target-libjava' with an empty
install tree worked.  So maybe it is just the ordering of
LD_LIBRARY_PATH or something like that.
