arfld is a array DECL, aligned according to its type, hence the use
DECL_ALIGN vs TYPE_ALIGN. I don't understand TYPE_ALIGN(t). It could
be a vestige. I tested everything without it.

Anyways :-), this patch must go. It works on x86, alpha and PPC. I
don't see why it wouldn't work on Solaris.

	* typeck.c (build_prim_array_type): Added leading comment.
	(build_java_array_type): Moved locals out of
	block. Always create the `data' field, fixed alignment to match
	C++.
