libjava build failure #2 on solaris-2.6

According to yesterdays build I can confirm as well. The problem
mentioned is fixed on solaris 2.6.

Later on I got a problem with the assembler, I use the one from solaris
(workshop 4.x)  don't have the error handy right now but I will in a few hours.
