More Tru64 errors

I was in the process of building the latest trunk when the link went down to
our server site. I will have to wait until tomorrow to complete it.

What would be an acceptable test to determine "nice to know if it actually
works"? Do I have to modify beyond the normal build? Not sure what state it
is in.
