how to libtoolize Java project?

No.  So I added that, copied over acinclude.m4 from gcc/libjava, and ran
aclocal.  At thi point aclocal.m4 contains LT_AC_PROG_GCJ.  But when I
run autoconf, I get:

autoconf: Undefined macros:
configure.in:91:LT_AC_PROG_GCJ
