If you mean the compiler, then no, I don't think so.

For the runtime, there are a few.

There is a document describing CNI, which is how we implement native
methods.

There are a few documents describing how to port various parts of
libgcj (threads and GC -- maybe that's it).

On the whole we're light on documentation :-(
