No, that's actually OK.
There's supposed to be logic that turns off gcj where it's thought not
to work. It's OK if we simply test that logic.
The invariant I'm after is that `./configure; make bootstrap; make
check; make install' will still work after the change. That process
might build gcj/libgcj on some platforms and not others; I just want
to make sure that the overall process works on all platforms.
