bug in gcj, maybe with multiple .class inputs

There's also an other bug attached to Boehm's crcalc. It doesn't
produce a working executable when built from sources.

It's my plan to work on these issues, as we try to get more executable
that can easily exercice gcj and gcj's generated code.
