We've gotten permission from the gcc steering committee to port our
front end changes (plus a C++ change and a few required gcc.c patches)
to the 2.95 tree.  Nobody has had the time to do it though :-(

I don't know the release schedule for 2.95.3.

"Sometime" "soon" we'll be putting libgcj and friends directly into
the gcc tree.  Maybe the 2.95.3 release could directly include the
libraries then too.  We haven't investigated this yet.  In any case
this merger will be done for gcc 3.0 -- it was one of the release
requirements.
