Compiling latest gcj & libgcj from CVS

As Bryce McKinlay pointed out just removing the old libgcj.zip fixes this.

As Anthony Green suggested Tom Tromey send natClass.ii to gcc-bugs and
Richard Kenner already comitted a fix.

P.S. How does one produce a .ii file?
