gcj and libgcj working on Solaris

Hi all,

I have got gcj and libgcj working on Solaris.  The build is based on
gcc-2.95.2 and libgcj-2000-03-02 (as checked out of the Cygnus CVS
repository) with patches mainly provided by Bryce McKinlay via Fredrik
Warg, with lots of support from Andrew Haley and others.  I have put
the patched sources (with the patches recorded in the patches
subdirectory of the top level directories), and some brief
instructions into a tar archive.  I don't have a proper
publicly-accessible home page or ftp repository where I can put this
so if someone can do this then it can be distributed.

Thanks to Fredrik, Andrew, Bryce and everyone else.

A piece of cake!  Now for the really interesting part, cross compiling
for ARM...
